One of the unique birthday gifts I had this year is to participate in a “Coffee Tasting Seminar” in one of (if not) the best coffee places in Frankfurt. Thanks to my most favorite person – who is also crazy in-love with good coffee.
Eleven coffee glasses later, aber “sipped” – nicht getrunken, I discovered that there is much more to learn in the whole Coffee making process. It is an art in itself – not just a hot beverage. From left to right, there is a story to be told behind each cup (glass). I believe no one in the seminar was prepared for this variety.
It was an awesome experience! Not to mention that Mahal cut his trip short to make sure we will do the seminar together. In the end, it is not really where you are, it is who you are with that counts. And for this night, I am so grateful to have both!
